Rules and Regulations-Check in time begins at 8:00 am.Vendors must stay the entire duration of the event. Break-down begins at 4:00 pm.Your booth must be set up and ready by 10:00 am.Rental space is 10' x 10'. No electricity provided, no generators allowed.Storage of all items must be within your booth space.You are responsible for bringing your own tent, tent weights, tables and chairs, etc.Vendor applicants agree to fully clean up their booth area after the event. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales taxes.Event is rain or shine.
All vendor applications and fees are due by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, October 1st. Once you have been notified that you have been accepted for the show, fees ($30 per 10 x 10 space) can be paid by check or credit card. Further payment information will be forwarded along with your participation confirmation in the form of an email form firstname.lastname@example.org. Notification of show participation will begin on July 6th.
