Application Due Date: Monday, January 26th, 2026
This application must be received by the Meet Referee no later than January 26, 2026 in order for the applicant to be considered for specific assigned positions (Deck Referee, Starter, Chief Judge, Admin Official / Assistant Admin Referee).
Officials will be notified by February 2nd, 2026 of their assigned position status.
Applications for Stroke & Turn positions will be accepted at any time.
However, only those applying by February 2nd, 2026 will be assured of receiving a meet shirt.
Applicant must be a member, in good standing, of USA Swimming and be a LSC certified official.
Officials Meeting:
ALL APPLICANTS MUST ATTEND MANDATORY OFFICIALS BRIEFINGS BEFORE EACH SESSION WHICH BEGIN ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH SESSION.
Uniform:
The uniform for both meets is white deck shoes with navy shorts, skirts, or pants with white shirt. Long pants are required for finals.

OQM INFORMATION:
These is an Officials Qualifying Meet (OQM) and there will be a National Evaluator assigned to the meet. Please indicate your interest in receiving an evaluation. Note: each official can only receive one evaluation. To receive an evaluation, you must work a minimum of four sessions, have all your credentials up to date, and have completed the necessary USA Swimming requirements.
