I hereby release and discharge the City of Grass Valley, (hereinafter referred to as the City), their agents, employees, and officers from all claims, demands, actions, judgments, and executions that I may have or which my heirs, executors, or assigns may have against the City, for all personal and property injuries caused by, or arising out of participating in Movement on Mill of the City of Grass Valley.

I acknowledge that participation in Movement on Mill may include activities located on City land such as: observing, walking around, stretching, exercising, crawling, crouching, using weights and or equipment, inhaling the air around you, handling/touching dirt/trash, intermingling/interacting with other participants, encountering motorized equipment/vehicles and encountering pests/rodents/animals.  I hereby acknowledge that these activities may involve inherent danger of injury to my person or property.

 I voluntarily execute this release and agree that I will make no attempt to hold the above named parties liable for any injury and or loss of property incurred as a result of my participation in Movement on Mill.
