This survey has been created by Hwupenyu Health & Wellbeing (Charity Number SC044991). We are looking to collect data from African communities on their experiences accessing PrEP via NHS Scotland. This data will help us inform our work on HIV prevention, and assisting BAME communities living with HIV.
All data provided to us will be treated with the strictest confidence, and in accordance with GDPR regulations. Participating in this survey is optional, and you may revoke consent at any time.
