Event Request Form

All event requests must be submitted via this form 30 days prior to desired date. Please be as detailed as possible in your request. The Oasis of Praise Creative Team reserves the right to edit or omit items submitted for guideline reasons, space, etc. 

If you require flyers or creative designs, a member of the creative team will be in touch with you to follow up with questions and to give you a final look before anything is printed or published. The pastor or department head over your ministry/event will be copied on any correspondence.
