The WFDF Pan American Ultimate Championships 2025 are coming to Cap Cana, Dominican Republic, from December 1st-December 6th — and we’re looking for incredible volunteers to help us make this event unforgettable!
Tournaments don’t run on their own — they’re powered by dedicated, passionate volunteers who bring the event to life. People like you, who love this sport, believe in community, and want to be part of something special. Whether you're a longtime ultimate player or someone new to the scene, if you're ready to work hard, have fun, and support the growth of ultimate in the Americas, we want you on our team.
Our mission is to build a team of motivated, friendly, and energetic volunteers who will help us create the best possible experience for players, coaches, families, and fans. In return, we promise to make your time with us rewarding, fun, and full of great memories.
🗓 Note: While the tournament runs from December 1st to 6th, we need volunteers to be available starting November 29th to assist with setup and preparation.
What we offer you:
Meals while on-site (Note: We may not be able to accommodate all dietary needs. Please bring any specific food items you require and always check ingredients before eating tournament-provided food.)

What we need from you:
A positive attitude and willingness to work hard (around 5–6 hours a day, possibly more depending on final volunteer numbers)
A basic understanding of the game, including score/timekeeping and game flow
A team spirit ready to help with tasks like keeping score, moving gear, hauling water, cleaning up, and assisting teams on-site
Important note: We will not be providing housing for volunteers, so please plan your accommodation accordingly.

El Campeonato Panamericano de Ultimate 2025, organizado por la Federación Mundial de Disco Volador (WFDF), se celebrará del 1 al 6 de diciembre en Cap Cana, República Dominicana, ¡y estamos buscando personas increíbles como tú para unirte a nuestro equipo de voluntariado!
Los torneos de ultimate no se hacen solos: son posibles gracias al esfuerzo de personas comprometidas, apasionadas y trabajadoras que quieren ver crecer este deporte y formar parte de una experiencia única. Ya seas jugador, aficionado o alguien nuevo en la comunidad, si estás listo para trabajar en equipo, ayudar y disfrutar, queremos contar contigo.
Nuestra misión es reunir un equipo de voluntarios motivados, amables y con mucha energía que nos ayuden a crear una experiencia inolvidable para los jugadores, entrenadores, familias y espectadores. A cambio, te prometemos una experiencia divertida, enriquecedora y llena de momentos especiales.

¿Qué te ofrecemos?:
Comidas durante los turnos de voluntariado (Nota: No podemos garantizar la atención a todas las restricciones alimenticias o alergias. Te recomendamos traer tu propia comida si es necesario y revisar siempre los ingredientes de los alimentos proporcionados.)

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?:
Buena actitud y disposición para trabajar (alrededor de 5–6 horas por día, posiblemente más dependiendo del número final de voluntarios)
Conocimientos básicos del juego, incluyendo cómo llevar el marcador, el tiempo y entender el flujo del partido
Espíritu de equipo para ayudar con tareas como anotar puntos, mover materiales, llevar agua, colaborar con la limpieza y apoyar a los equipos en el sitio
Nota importante: No se proporcionará alojamiento a los voluntarios, así que es necesario que planifiques tu estadía por tu cuenta.
