The Congressional Hispanic Staff Association (CHSA) is an official non-partisan Congressional Staff Organization whose primary purpose is to increase the number of Hispanic staffers in the United States Congress and to promote career development and advancement opportunities for current Hispanic staffers.

CHSA seeks to enhance the professional and social lives of our members through activities such as social functions, community outreach projects, and issue forums that allow CHSA members to network with Members of Congress, community leaders, corporations, trade associations, public interest groups, and other policy makers.
