DELEGATES TRAVELLING BY AIR - The airport is Vancouver International Airport (YVR).  Please arrange your transportation to and from the airport.

DEADLINE OF REGISTRATION: AUGUST 22, 2024

HOTEL INFORMATION: Special rate (CAD $237.80 per room-night) of hotel reservation at Accent Inns Burnaby (3777 Henning Drive, Burnaby BC).  The deadline of reservation with special rate will be August 22, 2024.  Please see the Lodging Section for details.

* Delegates are persons who can vote at our Annual Business Meeting.  Membership of the annual meeting shall be as follows:  (1) Delegates from member churches. Each church shall be entitled to TWO for the first fifty members, and an additional delegate for each additional fifty members above a hundred or fraction thereof, with a maximum of FIVE delegates of each church.  (2) Pastors and full-time Christian Workers of the member church. (3) Elected members of the Board of Directors.  (4) Ministers or missionaries who are members in good a good standing of the Evangelical Free Church Ministerial Association and are involved in ministries to the Chinese. (5) Any administrators of EFCA and EFCC in attendance at the Annual Meeting shall be "ex-officio" members of the Annual Meeting.
