Engineering Outreach Volunteer Sign Up
Hey U of T Students!
We are proud to announce that the University of Toronto will be hosting a number of exciting STEM education events in the coming months -- including a one-day event featuring 1,300 grades 3-8 elementary school students. This one-day event is a partnership between Google Canada, Actua Canada and the Engineering Faculty of U of T. Dean Amon will be hosting Sam Sebastian, President of Google Canada, numerous Federal MP's and 1,300 elementary students for this one-of-a-kind event.

The event will take place between 8:30am to 4:00pm on Friday, May 19th.

Google will be setting up an Innovation Centre to showcase upcoming technology produced by the company, with live demonstrations from the Google team. Additionally the Outreach team is putting on a variety of workshops for the elementary students to take part in to expose them to STEM fields. This event will be covered by Google’s media team, the U of T media team and other Toronto media outlets.

We are looking for University of Toronto Student volunteers to help facilitate the event. Your responsibilities will include:
