Thank you so much for your interest to hold an event with us!
These are the things you will need to take note of;
1. Submit Event Request Form. This can be submitted if you are planning either fundraising or hair donation drive or both.
2. You may initially plan the event with your team. Please send us a proposal letter providing the following details:
Event venue, date, time, target donors, no. of target donors, theme (hair donation/fundraising/both) and event objective/s
Send your proposal to
care@cutsagainstcancer.org3. We will contact you back ASAP for confirmation.
4. We will then set up a meeting with your team to discuss the event in detail (if possible). As soon as your event is finalized, we can help in advertisement in our facebook page and website.
5. Usually, in this kind of partnership, your sorority/organization/team will provide for the following, but not limited to:
Hosting, venue, advertisement, and packaging of donations
6. CUTS AGAINST CANCER may provide a coordinator to help your team organize your event to perfection. We may also provide hairstylists with their tools (If hair donation drive, If possible). But if your team had the chance to contact nearby salons to participate in your event, that would be better.
