Hi! It's Kaye. Thank you so much for your interest in commissioning me. Please fill in this interest form in order for me to keep up with the requests. A few heads up before filling up this form:

- DO NOT PAY BEFORE FILLING UP THIS FORM. I will contact you first. You should only pay after you receive a DM from me.
- Please make sure that I can contact you through DMs on Twitter(X)/Discord
- DO NOT fill in this form if you have no intentions of commissioning me. This form will remain open for request so do fill up only when you are ready. This is to avoid confusion. I will contact you within 1-2 days after receiving your request. If I am backed up I will still contact to to inform you that it might take some time to get to you.
- If you click "urgent" on the form, please specify the time you would expect your commission to be done (within reasons). An extra charge of 2USD would apply for this.
- I prefer payments through my Ko-Fi since it does not take any processing fee however payments through paypal is also preffered
- I prefer FULL PAYMENTS instead of 50% as I am absorbing the transfer cost and it simply will cost more if im not paid in full. (Paypal is getting the money, not you and me)
- Invoice will be issued IPON REQUEST.
