UTM Library is offering an individual appointment with a librarian to assist users in using the libraries' collections, databases, and services for research consultation purposes. Please use this form to request an appointment.

Things to keep in mind :

1) Submit your appointment requests 48 hours in advance.
2) This service is tailored especially for UTM students and staff ONLY.
3) Your scheduled appointment will be confirmed by the next working day.
4) The session only available on Sunday - Thursday (UTM JB Campus) & Monday - Friday (UTM KL Campus)
5) In order for us to complete your application, please make sure you input the correct information otherwise, we will not process it.
