Once the program officially begins, all interested individuals will be notified and invited to a screening stage. Finalists will then proceed to apply and receive training tailored to their selected area of interest.
This initiative is proudly presented by the Drive Foundation for Leadership Advancement and Empowerment, in partnership with Encore Systems Enterprise Ltd.
Program Overview
Duration: 12 weeks-
1 week for screening & notification

1 week for on-boarding and orientation
- 6 weeks of intensive training
- 4 weeks of hands-on project work
Delivery Modes:- In-person (select tracks)
- Online (for digital-focused tracks)
RequirementsRegardless of your chosen track, all participants must have daily access to the internet and own a smartphone.
For online participants, additional requirements include:
- A functional laptop or desktop computer
- Stable, reliable internet access
