Landscape modification requests are to be submitted by the owner of record ONLY and will not be accepted for consideration by tenants or other individuals currently residing in the unit unless accompanied by written agreement of owner.
The Landscape Committee meets once a month and reviews requests. The meetings are held the SECOND TUESDAY of each month at 6:00 PM. **Note: Meetings which fall on or adjacent to holidays may be rescheduled.** Your presence at the meeting is not required, however it can avoid delays if the requester is present to answer any questions not satisfied in the request or support materials.
