Book Subscription Sign-up

Welcome to Oscar Grady Library's Book Subscription Service. This is a monthly book subscription service for Teens and Adults.

We will provide you with one book based on your preferences, plus an occasional mystery gift for you to keep. Your book will be available to pick up the first Thursday of each month at our circulation desk. We will notify you when your books are available by text or email.

Items will be checked out to you for a 5 week loan period. Please return your subscription item to any Monarch Library System library by the due date listed on your receipt.

None of the questions about books or reading preferences are required. However, the more questions you answer, the more helpful this form will be for library staff to find books that suit your reading tastes. If you are open to any book, select the "Surprise Me" option.
