I understand that as part of my hardware donation, I will not be able to receive warranty or support from Formlabs.   *
The operational costs of consumables will often cost more than the initial cost of the printer itself. Please detail how you plan on continuing to support printing long-term if Formlabs cannot support you with resin, gloves, IPA, tanks, etc.  *
Because you will be receiving a refurbished piece of equipment, some parts might need to be replaced. Are you able to cover the cost of parts? If so, how much would you be able to spend? (Respond in dollars, and put 0 if you can't budget any.)  *
I understand that my group will be responsible for reporting monthly metrics which validate that printers are highly utilized and are having a large impact. (# of prints, # of liters of resin, # of people printing, etc).  *
