Thank you for your interest in the SNAP Outreach for Veterans program. This program serves Veteran families and Veteran Service Providers in all 83 counties in Michigan!  

The program is funded in part by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) and delivered by Michigan State University (MSU) Extension in partnership with the Food Bank Council of Michigan. Call their Food & Other Resources (F.O.R.) Helpline at 1-888-544-8773 for benefit enrollment assistance or to be connected to local food resources.
