Terms & Conditions- MUST READ
1. Applications are reviewed and accepted/rejected within 2 business days of receipt.
2. Applications are on a first come basis.
3. If application is approved, payment will be due at the time agreed upon. Your spot will be assigned upon receipt of payment.
4. We cannot guarantee a certain number of attendees although we always shoot for more!
5. In the event of a rescheduled event due to extreme weather, no refunds will be given and monies will be applied to the rescheduled event.
6. All vendors are requested to give our attendees a special discount for attendance. (Discounts and or raffles are to be approved by Producer prior to event)
7. If the show's Producer contacts you with a question, you must respond. Failure to respond after 2 attempts will result in your spot being reassigned to another vendor.
8. In the event you are unable to attend, please try and send someone on your behalf. If you cannot send someone on your behalf a refund will only be given if marketing materials have not been printed or it is more than 14 days prior to event.
9. You MUST be affordable to the Brides.
10. You may not tear down your booth until the show's Producer has given permission. Failure to comply will result in a $50 fine. All Brides deserve to see all of the vendors, even if she is the last one through the door.
11. You may not represent more than one company/business at your booth. Such as photographer & DJ or baker & Jamberry etc. Only one spot per business is allowed at our event.
12. We as a company do not discriminate against any couple wishing to wed, and we ask that you have the same professional approach.
13. You must dress & present yourself professionally at all times. You are part of our image and we want to look the best! Pictures will be taken during the event for display on our web site.
14. You must arrive and be set up 20 mins prior to the doors opening. Our Brides are lined up at the door!
15. You must have fun! Weddings are the most joyous, yet stressful occasions. Let's give these Brides some fun!
