2021 National Kids Yoga Conference Networking Roundtable Proposal
Thank you for submitting a proposal for #NKYC2021.The conference will be held online via a mix of live-interactive workshops, live panel discussions or Q&As, networking roundtables, and recorded presentations. See more details
Networking roundtables are facilitated discussions - NOT PRESENTATIONS. You could propose a discussion for an affinity group or something topic-oriented, perhaps in response to advance reading or viewing of a recorded presentation.
You may present information to kick off the discussion, but that should be less than 10% of the allotted time (so probably 5-6 minutes, max). About 90% of the time should be spent on participant-driven conversation.

Proposals due by Friday, January 15, 2020. We anticipate finalizing the schedule by the end of January.
Conference Date & Location:
April 16-18 – The kick off weekend with live, interactive workshops, keynote speakers, and networking opportunities
April 19-April 30 – Recorded presentations released for self-paced viewing, live Q&As
May 1 – closing day of live presentations.
Title of Session (please limit to 80 characters if possible)
Session Description – In 100 words or less, provide a summary of the content that will give proposal evaluators an accurate feel for how you will facilitate the discussion. If your proposal is accepted, this is the text that will be used to market the program.

Scheduling and Notes
Please indicate any scheduling restrictions or requests. 1-hr discussions will be scheduled the weekend of April 17-18 (Fri evening-Sunday) and May 1 (Saturday). If you are proposing a networking meet-up between the kickoff and closing weekends, please describe.
We can arrange for registered participants to receive resources before your event (upon workshop selection), afterward (follow up email), or both.
