Potato gnocchi sprinkled with poppy and sugar, milk, compote (vegetarian)
Green beans with mushrooms and tofu, potatoes (vegetarian)
Thursday (May 24)
Fried turkey schnitzel, mashed potatoes, gherkin
Stewed spinach, boiled egg, potatoes (vegetarian)
Fish filet in piquant sauce, jasmine rice
Tuesay Welcome Dinner
All workshop participant are cordially invited to welcome party. Buffet dinner will be provided. For beverages no-host bar will be available. Please, let us know your food preferences.
