Have you finally decided that you want to workout but have no idea what to do or tried of mundane, boring workouts you are trying to follow from some bogus website you found from a google search? Hockey season brings chaos, stress, travel, a lot of sitting around and mindless snacking and an excuse to not take care of our own body! Therefore get signed up for Adult Fitness, whether it be 1 or 2 days a week, whatever your level of fitness or experience is, there is a home for you at Lead By Example Training!
