Key Master Application
Escape Lincoln is looking for a key master to join our team of nerds🤓

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring a stellar customer experience
  • Managing and monitoring escape games and players
  • Answering phone calls
  • Interacting with various technology (on-the-job training provided)
  • Prepping and resetting escape rooms
  • Light cleaning and inventory restocking (as needed)
  • Manage team of Game Masters during KM shift
  • Decide shift priorities and action items
  • Communicate regularly with management and team via Slack
Requirements:
  • 8-10 hours of availability per weekend (during regular business hours*) including Saturdays
  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Have participated in at least one escape room
  • Self-starter with attention to detail
  • Management experience (leading 1 or more team members)
Additional Skills: 
  • Weekday availability is a plus (if you are interested in picking up custom booking shifts)
Key Masters' current starting wage is $18.50/hour

Sunday 11:30AM - 6:30PM
