CAHS-PL Clubs must be approved by CAHS-PL Administration before they can start meeting. After you submit,  the Administration will review and you will receive a message of approval or disapproval based on your preferred communication chosen below.
 
In order for your application to be considered, you must have at least 1 CAHS-PL staff member as your advisor and at least 5 students (not including yourself) to agree to participate.  You must contact them and get their permission to put them down on this form, BEFORE you submit.

Clubs must get approval from Activities Director for any on campus fundraisers.  Please submit requests for fundraisers to Ms. Lindsey at least two weeks in advance.

Club Rush is September 11th. 2025.  This is when all clubs have a booth to advertise for themselves and students from the school can walk around and check out all the clubs!  Look out for more info on Gradient/Canvas!
