Free registration for the event covers double occupancy hotel rooms. If enough rooms are available at event hotels, single occupancy rooms may be available at a cost of $600. (Please note that we cannot guarantee single room availability. You will be contacted prior to the tour to pay this amount once it is determined if single rooms are available.) *

Dairyland Adventure participants are expected to make travel arrangements and cover the costs of travel to/from Madison, Wisconsin for the event. A limited number of $500 scholarships are available to help defray these costs. Scholarship awards will be prioritized for dairy producers but may be awarded to other participants as funds allow. Please indicate whether you would like to be considered for a scholarship.

Thank you for your application. You will be contacted via email regarding the status of your application 7-14 days after you apply.  A spot in the course will be reserved for you once you have confirmed your travel plans. You must arrive in Madison, WI (MSN Airport) by 11pm/CT on Sunday, 10/1 and depart no earlier than 4am/CT on Friday, 10/6. Travel plans must be confirmed with SDBII staff no later than 9/1 at 2pm/ET.
