2022-2023 Course Request Form
Please review the attached course catalog and complete this form, indicating which electives you'd like to take during the 2022-2023 school year.

Note: Each student has a program code in the system that allows the schedulers to schedule them appropriately.  For example, a Gifted French Immersion student will be coded in the system and receive a Gifted French Immersion schedule.  This form is only to choose electives.

Please remember that Immersion students will take a language class as one of their electives.

Math placement will be determined by performance in previous classes and previous testing.
