Alumni Award Nomination Form
Nominations for the Alumni Awards are accepted annually.
Only SNC alumni, staff and faculty members are allowed to serve as the nominator.

All materials are due by March 1.

Four simple steps to nominate a St. Norbert College graduate for an Alumni Award:

1) Review the award criteria.
2) Complete and submit this alumni award nomination form.
3) Secure at least two letters of recommendation for the award candidate.
4) Letters of recommendation may be sent to alumni@snc.edu, uploaded on this form, or sent to:
