2026 NYAC Watch Party Registration

The New York Archives Conference Board is excited to announce the third year of a project to bring NYAC attendees together during the virtual conference: NYAC Watch Parties! The Regional Connections Committee is pleased to provide ten dedicated Watch Party locations where you can view the conference with others from your area, including time for networking and discussion on Friday, June 5, 2026.

Please sign up for one Watch Party location as listed below. This information will only be shared with the Watch Party Hosts; we will not share this information with vendors or others. Some Watch Party Hosts have limited space, so if the registered number of people has reached capacity, the organization will be removed from the list of options. Watch Party registration will close on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

If you register for a Watch Party, you do NOT need to register for the virtual NYAC event through Zoom. Everyone who is registered for a Watch Party will receive an email with links to the conference recordings and evaluation form afterward.

Before the NYAC Conference, you will receive an email directly from your Watch Party Host with location directions, parking details, any notes on accessibility to the space, and information about whether lunch or refreshments will be provided. If your plans change, and you prefer to attend the conference virtually via Zoom, you can register for the conference HERE.
