We are accepting applications through a Google Form to avoid the problems that email, spam filters, and attachments can often create. Information submitted in this form will be encrypted using SSL during transmission and will be stored in a dedicated Kaleider account used only for the South West Creative Technology network. You can navigate through the application at any time, however, you cannot save the application, so it may be a good idea to write your answers off-line and copy your text into the form if you are likely to need more than one sitting to complete it. Once you have submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a full copy of your application.

Details of the work you have done that relates to the theme of AUTOMATION5. The questions/ areas of interest that you wish to explore6. New Talent applicants only will need to give a brief outline of why they consider themselves New Talent.7. What you would like to do during the fellowship8. What impact your fellowship will have, and on who.9. What connections you have to the South West10. Any key partners you would like to work with11. Whether you have previously received funding from any of the SWCTN partners
