An elementary school teacher in Denver published a book called "I Wish My Teacher Knew" based on an assignment she has given her students to finish that sentence.
Apparently it opened her eyes.
I don't think I wear blinders and this is not elementary school.
However, I am not immune to the concept that knowing more about your "issues" could impact our relationship and improve or change my teaching practice.
