Class is held Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:00pm online via Zoom.

Zoom link will be sent to your email address 30 minutes before class begins.

YIN yoga in a quiet and still practice that works deeply on the connective tissues (fascia, tendons and ligaments), stimulates the meridians (energy channels), bringing balance to the organs in the body. Benefits include relief of stress and anxiety, increased flexibility and joint mobility, calming and balancing for the mind/body, and helps prepare the practitioner for a seated meditation practice.
