Please note that this Exhibit Hall Application Form is NOT a guarantee you will be accepted. This form is as an application, after being submitted, all applications will be evaluated.

Due to limited space, it is recommended that applicants offering hand-made goods also apply to the Anime Detour Artist Alley. If you represent an organization whose primary function is promoting a convention/event/business/anything besides selling merchandise, please contact Anime Detour's Marketing department.

Instructions

Please take a moment to read through all items on this form before filling it out. It is a good idea to copy your responses into a document so they don't get lost while filling out this form.
December 30th, 2019 is the deadline for submissions regardless of whether or not it is still accessible after that time. While there is a small chance that we may choose to extend the deadline as it draws closer, there is no chance we will close the Application Form earlier than the deadline already given.

We are looking for courteous, flexible, cooperative, patient dealers selling officially licensed quality merchandise who can provide a positive atmosphere and shopping experience for our convention attendees. All applicants that feel they can meet this criteria are welcome to apply.
Exhibit Hall applicants selling their own lines of merchandise should have a strong, well-known, well-established brand identity and brand following.

Applicants will be accepted or put on our waiting list. If accepted, you will receive a contract with a deadline for payment. If the signed contract and the payment are not received by the deadline specified, your spot will go to the next dealer on the waiting list.

You may be contacted for further information during the selection process. You will be informed via your above-provided "Primary Contact E-Mail" of our decision in January/February. Dealers not accepted will be put onto our Waiting List. Dealers accepted will receive a contract with a deadline for payment. If the signed contract and the payment are not received by the deadline specified, the once-accepted Dealer will go onto the Waiting List and the space will go to the next dealer(s) on the Waiting List.
