The guided reading is text-centered, focusing on themes such as “self-understanding in adversity,” “the resilience and dignity of life,” and “how to live with uncertainty.” The session integrates reading aloud, close analysis of key passages, and open discussions, guiding participants to gain emotional nourishment and meaningful real-world insights through literature.
