In the past few years we have had hundreds of attendees and are looking for vendors to partake in the fun for a good cause.

Space Limited
Vendors are to provide their own canopies, tables, chairs, lighting, extension cords etc.
Generators welcome. If you require something special please let us know.
Shawnee Bluff Vineyard will determine placement.

Liability Insurance

While not required, one-day liability insurance policies are usually available through an existing Homeowners or Business insurance policy for a very low cost. It is HIGHLY encouraged that each vendor obtain a policy that provides coverage for their booth space.

I understand that this event will go on rain or shine. Should inclement weather come in, Shawnee Bluff will make the call if the event must be evacuated for safety. *
Set up - Saturday any time after 10:00AM. All vehicles must be removed from the vending areas please NO LATER THAN 4:00PM and need to be parked in the upper parking lot. *
Tear Down - All participants agree to be open from 5:00PM - 10:00PM. Vehicles will be allowed on the property for load out AFTER CLOSING AT 10PM. *
You understand, you are not considered an accepted vendor until payment is received. Once paid, there are no refunds. *
How would you like to pay? *
As a Vendor, you are required to share the event with the public to further advertise the event and to assist in making it a success. *
Would you be open to donating a prize to be a part of an event wide raffle? (Raffle Tickets will be given out and guests can put theirs at any vendor booth for a chance to win that specific prize... Encouraging browsing and purchases) *
In consideration of my application being accepted, I hereby, for the names registered, my heirs and executors, release and forever discharge any and all rights for our claims for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise or injury that we may have or hereafter occur to me against Shawnee Bluff Distilleries LLC and volunteers of the events. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the foregoing to use my name, photographs, recording, and other record of this event for legitimate purpose, without compensation and remuneration *
