Continuance Request Form
This form is for requesting a new hearing date in your Small Claims case. Your completed Continuance Request will be emailed to you. You must sign your completed form and submit it to the court either in-person, by mail, or by fax. Contact information will be included in the email.

If you do not have your case information you may view your case docket online. Use your case number or your first and last name at:

Your Continuance Request may be approved automatically by the Small Claims Division or it may require the Magistrate's approval.

You will receive a new hearing date in the mail if your Continuance Request is granted. You may check the status of your request by viewing your case information online. Use your first and last name or your case number at:
