Chick-fil-A of Covington – Hwy 190 loves to partner with local organizations in our community to help enhance an event, raise funds, or work together in various ways. We have a monthly budget allocated to funding events each month. Events are usually planned two months in advance, so please submit your partnership request in a timely manner.
Please read the following information in order to be considered for a partnership:• This form must be submitted a minimum of four weeks before the event. If your event is within the next four weeks, please e-mail the restaurant at 01484Marketing@gmail.com.• Spirit Nights are a night in which we host your organization at the restaurant and a portion of the sales before taxes are donated to your organization.• Your organization may be able to purchase food or merchandise from Chick-fil-A at a discounted price and resell it to raise funds by keeping the difference. In this case, your organization would be responsible for adhering to certain food safety and quality standards. Your organization will also be responsible for paying up front and managing the logistics of picking up and delivering the food and merchandise. • Submitted forms are reviewed once per week. You should expect a reply within one week of submitting this form.
