✅ It benefits its specific region or community, with a clear topic/focus, and emphasizes onboarding and inclusion

Content & Scope

✅ It focuses on technology, development, or user onboarding — not trading, speculation, or investment advice.

✅ Its primary scope is the EVM space; not a generic “crypto” event without clear Ethereum grounding.

✅ Topics are open-source friendly and do not promote closed/proprietary tech in a way that conflicts with Ethereum’s values.

Sponsorship & Partnerships

✅ Sponsors and partners are value-aligned and/or primarily from the Ethereum ecosystem.

✅ There are no sponsors or partners whose main business is token speculation, unregulated financial products, or activities that conflict with the Ethereum Foundation’s mission.

Event Content Compliance

✅ It contains no references to prices, token sales, market speculation, or financial promotion (ETH or otherwise).

✅ Visuals and language are inclusive, respectful, and non-promotional in tone.

✅ Links go to official event channels (not third-party ticket resellers or unsafe platforms).

✅ It complies with all applicable legal requirements in the jurisdiction where it will be conducted.
