Use this form to request a ride along with a member of an LSPD. You must be a full-time or reserve officer of the LSPD to ride along with a subdivision. Fill this form out if you are interested in learning more about the subdivision through a Ride Along. All applicable subdivision rules and policies regarding ride alongs must be met and followed. Additionally, you must be completely out of the LEO ride-along program prior to requesting a subdivision 10-12.
