SEARAC Community Feedback Form: Government Shutdown and ACA Impact
The federal government shut down at midnight on Sept. 30, 2025 after Congress and the White House failed to reach a bipartisan agreement to keep the government open and funded. As a result, countless individuals and families are left vulnerable to further harm and instability, including our Southeast Asian American communities who already face systemic barriers.

As SEARAC monitors this situation and engages with electeds, we want to hear from you: how is this government shutdown impacting you, your families, your organization, your communities? Have the new ACA Marketplace updates impacted your coverage or access to care? Tell us how.

We are also interested in hearing any questions you might have about this situation.

Please note that by filling out the form below, you are consenting to your responses being shared with elected officials as well as SEARAC's audiences.
