This trip is limited to 12 people due to the limited availability of accommodations and requires an $800 deposit to secure your spot.
PRICE INCLUDES: Transportation in Bhutan, all meals as noted in itinerary, hotels, guides, driver, bottled water during activities, visa and tourist development fund charge. Also includes entrance to monasteries and festivals.
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Flights to and hotel in Bangkok, evacuation insurance (highly recommended), souvenirs, personal purchases (such as books and snacks), beverages other than water and tips for guide and driver.

No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a tour once the tour begins, including if you leave a tour for any reason or have to be removed from a tour. There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including for reasons related to weather, terrorism, civil strife, personal, family, or medical emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance and require evacuation insurance for our trek tours.
While medical evacuation insurance isn't mandatory for this tour, I understand that it is highly recommended by the tour operator.
If you do not want us to use any images of you that are taken by us or other participants during the tour, you must inform us or your tour leader in writing at the start of the tour.

The deposit amount listed on the website for this tour is required to secure your place on this tour. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. If your booking is made within 60 days of departure, the entire tour cost must be paid when we confirm the trip with you.
Payments may be made by credit card or check. If you pay your deposit by check, we cannot confirm your reservation until your payment has cleared the bank. Checks returned by the bank will incur a $25 returned check fee.
Partial payments may be made until the trip is paid in full.Credit/debit card payments are accepted via PayPal and can be sent to beth@WanderTours.com
