Please read the following credential requirements and complete the form below to submit your request for a press pass.
PRESS CREDENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Complimentary press passes are reserved for verified members of the media actively working on behalf of a recognized news outlet.
This includes journalists, reporters, writers, and editors with credentials from a:
Newspaper
Magazine
Journal
TV or radio station
Wire service
Online news platform or other recognized news organization
Independent creators (e.g., freelance writers, YouTubers, podcasters, bloggers) may qualify if the requirements below are met.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Print/Online Journalists
Name, title, organization
A link to a published article (with your byline) from the past 30 days
Freelancers must also submit an assignment letter from an accredited media outlet
Broadcast Media
Name, title, organization
A link to a recent broadcast (with your voice credit or byline)
Podcasters
Links to at least 2 episodes from the past 3 months
Stats on average listenership and annual episode volume
A brief statement outlining your GTSE coverage plans
Video Content Creators / Bloggers
Proof of active content for at least 1 year (with monthly posts)
Links to 3 recent pieces of coverage (or similar event coverage)
A short paragraph describing your GTSE coverage intentions
INELIGIBLE FOR PRESS PASS ACCESSIndustry analysts
Sales or business development personnel
Marketing/PR professionals not working as editorial media
Staff of exhibiting companies (unless credentialed as media)
Company YouTubers/bloggers whose primary revenue is product- or service-based
Any applicant not clearly covering GTSE as working mediaNote: GTSE reserves the right to approve or deny any press credential request at its sole discretion. Prior approval does not guarantee current acceptance.
