Coquitlam Christmas Craft Fair December 2, 3 & 4 2022
Thank you for your interest in joining us for the 2022 Coquitlam Christmas Craft Fair! This application will remain open until July 8th. Applications will be reviewed once the form is closed. New vendors will be contacted after July 10th. Payments will be due August 1, 2022.

Dates: Friday, December 2         4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Saturday, December 3       10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday, December 4        10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Set-up: Thursday December 1 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm & Friday December 2 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Location:    Poirier Forum, 618 Poirier St, Coquitlam, BC V3J 6A9.  The Poirier Forum is located at the corner of Poirier and Winslow.

We know we are still operating in a pandemic, and precautions will still need to be adhered to.  We will be hosting this event following all PHO orders in effect at the time of the event.

Available Spaces & Costs: (All Vendors must also provide a product prize donation with a minimum value of $20).

10ft x 6ft = $400 + GST
12ft x 6ft = $475 + GST
10ft x 10ft Outdoor space = $250 + GST
Corner Space = Additional $50 + GST  * very limited availability
Access to electricity: Starting at $45 + GST
City of Coquitlam Business Licence Fee: $15

Attendance for the entire weekend = $250 + GST
December 2 = $100 + GST
December 3 = $125 + GST
December 4 = $100 + GST
City of Coquitlam Business Licence Fee: $15
*No access to electrical*

Please be sure to complete the entire application.  Incomplete applications will not be considered by the jury. Please email us at if you have questions regarding the suitability of your products.

Jury:  Please be sure to provide as much information on your application as possible, only the crafts listed on the application that are approved can be sold. The provided information will be used in the jury process. Applications will be juried based on originality, design, workmanship, saleability, and balance. Potential vendors must also email 1 or 2 images of their crafts and 1 image of their display.

Payment: Craft fair fees are due within 15 days of receiving the invoice. Fees may be paid by cheque or etransfer.
Hand Crafted Items: All crafts must be the original work of the crafts person. No import goods or resales are allowed.

Prepared Foods: Vendors wishing to sell prepared food products must follow the appropriate guidelines as specified by the Fraser Health Authority and have Food Safe Level 1 certification.

Insurance: It is the crafters responsibility to ensure they have proper coverage.  Insurance should cover transportation, breakage, accidents at the fair, etc. Items left overnight are left at your own risk.  All vendors must sign and submit the liability waiver provided with the application.

Requests:  Please be specific in your requests. We cannot take ANY tables away or add any on the day of the sale. Please call by November 1st if you have any change in your display.

Cancellations: Prior to October 1, 2022 participants will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. After October 1, 2022 50% of the stall space will be refunded. There are no refunds after November 1, 2022.
