Dear parents, should your child present with symptoms of COVID 19 we will need to make URGENT contact as soon as possible. In such an instance your GP will advise whether or not your child requires to be tested for the virus. Currently, we have all parent contact details. However, in the event of such an emergency, if parents are uncontactable, we will need the details of another person who may be called upon should such a situation arise. Please fill out the form below to assist Scoil Mhichil Naofa in this regard.

NOTE: Given the current circumstances it would probably be advisable that a grandparent not be an emergency contact. Nevertheless, this is a judgement call and we respect everyone's right to make their own decisions.  Children and adults who arrive at the school will be provided with necessary PPE.
