US National Team Application

The US National Team represents the United States at international events. The USNT Developmental Academy is the training ground for prospective USNT athletes. The latter is only open to athletes affiliated with college teams in the season prior, exceptions were made during the pandemic due to the lack of gameplay. If you are interested in being part of either of these aspects of the USNT program, you may fill out this application. You will also need to send game film for two official league matches. Recommendation letters are no longer required.

The USNT follows a standing team model. We are currently preparing for the 2022 IQA Pan-American Games. Players will be selected based on their play throughout the USQ and MLQ seasons, public persona, disciplinary history, amongst other qualities.
