The purpose of the annual Candidate Training Conference is to provide valuable information for potential candidates to make an informed decision whether to campaign for an office at the District Convention, to assist candidates for a successful campaign, and to prepare candidates for the duties of the office being sought.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CANDIDATE TRAINING CONFERENCE IS ONLY OF THE POSITIONS OF DISTRICT GOVERNOR, DISTRICT SECRETARY AND DISTRICT TREASURER. This training conference is purposeful to these elected positions. Webinars will be available for the other appointed positions.
Contact the current District Office holder for more information about the position. It is expected that those attending the Conference should have a good knowledge of the Key Club District Officer duties. There will be other assignments for you to prepare for the conference. These will be assigned after you register. If you are interested in attending, you should REGISTER now. It is the registrant's responsibility to arrange transportation. No candidate may drive himself/herself. Partial reimbursements for transportation expense may be provided. If needed, housing may also be provided.
