Date/Time: November 17 - 21, 2025 (Mon - Fri)
  • 8AM - 5PM (Mon - Thurs)
  • 8AM - 5PM at the latest (Fri)
*Level 1 Water Treatment Exam on Friday at 11AM*
*Level 1 Water Distribution Exam on Friday at 2PM*

Training Fees (per trainee):
  • $400 tuition fee
  • $150 exam fee (per exam)
To Register:

      1. Call OEHE at 543-6420 if you have any questions.
      2. Fill out and submit this registration form.
      3. Make sure your employer has paid the $400 tuition fee and $150 exam fee(s).

Note: Registration is not complete until the trainee receives a Course Confirmation Letter.

Provided Meals:
  • Breakfast/lunch on training days (Mon-Fri)
Employer Responsibility:
  • Airfare to and from Bethel
  • Lodging
  • Cab fare for transportation in Bethel
  • Per diem for any other expenses not provided by OEHE
