Registration Fee: $200.00

Recruiter Check-In Time: 8:45-9:45 AM (Continental breakfast served during this time)
Event Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Lunch: Lunches will be delivered to tables at noon (coffee, water, and snacks provided throughout the event)
Check-In: Dillard University Student Union (Map included in this packet)

What is provided?

One 6-foot table and 2 chairs will be provided. If you would like to have access to an electrical
outlet and did not indicate that in your registration, contact Dr. Jonathan Wright (jwright@dillard.edu). Also included is a continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments throughout the event.

What do I need to bring?

We do not “require” that you bring anything but yourself and your enthusiasm! However, we
advise that you bring branded materials (tablecloths, display materials, handouts, business
cards) and candy or student giveaways. We will supply a white tablecloth for each table, but suggest you bring one with your institution name on it for easy recognition.

Shipping Information:

All items being shipped ground delivery to this event must be shipped for delivery at Dillard University no later than Friday, September 27th. All packages shipped after September 27 should be shipped second-day or next-day delivery to ensure arrival.

Outbound Shipping:

At the close of the career fair, you may package your items for shipping. However, you must provide your own packing label for each package. We will have a designated shipping area inside the venue.
