Payment Guidelines: (1) If you have previously participated in the ACH automated monthly payment system and wish to do so again, please check the appropriate box, below. (2) If you are a new student or if there have been changes to your banking information, please request an ACH Authorization form from the director to print and complete. It must be submitted by September 15th (3) If you choose to make one payment, you must turn in a check, payable to Monarch Suzuki Academy, for the full tuition amount by September 1st (4) Refunds are only available on the basis of a permanent move from the greater Austin area.
