LTG Candidate Training Conference Registration: For Key Club Participants & Chaperones

The annual Lt. Governor Candidate Training Conference is held to provide prospective candidates with information to learn more about the position, duties and responsibilities of being a CNH Lt. Governor; to understand the district policy regarding the election process; and to receive tips and strategies for a successful campaign and year as Lt. Governor.

This registration form is to be used to register one individual, participant or advisor/chaperone, from one club.

To properly complete this registration you will need to provide the following information:

Fullerton, Orange County, CA
Honolulu, Hawaii
Livingston, CA
Las Vegas, Clark County, NV (southern NV residents only)
Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, CA
Sacramento, Sacramento County, CA
Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County, CA
Vista, San Diego County, CA

Region #, Division #, and Key Club Name
Attendees: Identify whether a participant or adult; provide first and last name and an e-mail addres, preferred phone, text capability, and graduation year (if appropriate)

NOTE: It is highly recommended that you register for the location closest to your home or the location recommended for the division if travel is being organized as a group.

If your plans change after registering and you cannot attend the training conference please do another registration and put in the Participation Level question the "I no longer can attend" answer at least two days before the event. Thank You.
