When you show interest in attending the NPSI Professional Development Series, the following information is collected: name, pronoun, email, phone, professional role, school association, CEU interest, substitution requirements, dietary restrictions and accommodation needs. Video recording may also be taken at this event and used publicly.
OHE Get Ready/GEAR UP collects this information on professionals who are interested in attending the NPSI program for professional development, and to evaluate and report on activities funded by Get Ready/GEAR UP. This data will be used by OHE Get Ready/GEAR UP staff to register attendees, as well as contact attendees with information and regarding program experience. You are not required to provide this information or consent and may contact Get Ready directly to register; however, you will not receive information updates before, during, or after the events. Information you provide is available to you, OHE Get Ready/GEAR UP employees, agents, contracts, the legislative auditors, and upon court order.
