JAGERA ECOCOMMUNITY: We are co-creating a community title development called Jagera ... on a 5 acre north facing hillside. Now this has been officially approved by Council, we are seeking investors to fund construction of our shared infrastructure, and offering private lots for sale 'off the plan' with shared ownership of community space, orchards, roads, sheds, etc ... so you can build your own sustainable home. REGISTER YOUR INTEREST now, as there are only 5 lots left.

FORESTHAVEN: At Foresthaven next door, we have a total of 25 acres of regenerating forest, orchard trees, chickens, vegie gardens, and open space ready for more permaculture... We have two cute weatherboard cottages for rent, and are looking for the right people to be part of this community... couples/families/friends who'd like to rent a whole cottage or individuals who'd like to share a cottage with someone else. *** Both cottages are currently tenanted, but please put your name down and we will contact you if one becomes available. ***
